Oficina de Máscaras
Em setembro de 2019, com a colaboração da fotógrafa Mariana Werneck e do designer Pedro Tomaz, tivemos a oportunidade de realizar um workshop de máscaras para a 3ª turma da Escola Municipal Alexandre de Gusmão, no parque Parque Colúmbia, zona norte do Rio de Janeiro.
Projetei uma oficina onde poderíamos brincar e criar máscaras de papelão, com a ideia de usar a máscara como um potencial de transformação para cada criança. Acabei encontrando na minha escola do bairro, a escola onde minha família estudou, a melhor oportunidade para implementar o projeto.
No final da atividade, cada criança apresentou sua máscara, dizendo-nos a inspiração de sua criação. Tiramos fotos de todos eles no momento da apresentação e, com o material, foi elaborada uma pequena exposição no colégio, onde os pequenos grandes artistas puderam ver o resultado de sua criação.
eng: In September 2019, with the collaboration of the photographer Mariana Werneck and the designer Pedro Tomaz, we had the opportunity to give a masks workshop for the 3rd class of Alexandre de Gusmão Municipal School, in the
neighborhood Parque Columbia, northern Rio de Janeiro.
I designed a workshop where we could play and create cardboard masks, with the idea of using the mask as a transformation potential for each child. I ended up finding in my neighborhood school, the school where my family studied, the best opportunity to implement the project.
At the end of the activity, each child presented his mask, telling us the inspiration of his creation. We took pictures of all of them at the time of the presentation and, with the material, a small exhibition was prepared at the school, where the small great artists could see the result of their creation.
